When the 6'7 Tony Greig was batting with 5'5 Sunil Gavaskar in a Rest of the World XI against Australia match in 1971, a woman asked ABC commentator Norman May, "How do they communicate with each other with such a difference in height?" Norman May is believed to have replied saying,
"By Morse Code; one is a dash and the other a dot."
